Commercial & Technology Solicitor 2+ PQE

A London Commercial and Technology team, offering both excellent work and genuine commitment to work/life balance, is looking to add a junior solicitor to their team, as they target ambitious growth within the next five years.

This role will involve a high level of client contact across the energy, renewables, sports, leisure, technology, and financial services sectors. Because of this high level of responsibility, you will work closely with partners, and receive direct mentoring from them on these matters.Work will include a broad range of Commercial and TMT matters, including commercial contracts, procurement, data protection and compliance, and outsourcing.

A minimum of two years post qualification experience in an established Commercial and Technology team will be essential for this role. Strong common law qualified candidates from London, Regional, and international (Australia, New Zealand) teams will be considered.
