Residential Real Estate Lawyer NQ+

A large London law firm is looking to add to its small but successful Real Estate team.

The successful applicant will report directly to a partner heading up the residential real estate team, and work primarily on transactional matters, along with the management of large urban and rural estates.

Day to day responsibilities will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, management of real estate portfolios, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and some commercial work when dealing with larger estates.

This role would be perfect for a lawyer who has gained experience in real estate, either during their training contract, or post qualification, and wants to progress their career by moving into a team working with an impressive portfolio of high net-worth individuals, as well as high profile urban and rural real estate clients.
