The firm has a dedicated team specialising in residential real estate disputes. As part of the wider real estate disputes group you would be working across the full spectrum of properties and clients.

Day to day responsibilities will include dealing with Leasehold Enfranchisement matters, lease extension claims, right to manage claims, and assisting on larger cases including preparing trial bundles and instructions to counsel.

If you are looking to join a firm where you will be given responsibility, mentoring and the opportunity to develop in the areas of work which you enjoy most then this is a fantastic home.

This role would be suitable for a newly qualified solicitor. Experience with contentious real estate matters is highly preferred, along with strong academics and a keen eye for detail.

This firm is open to lawyers relocating from other legal hubs in the regions, such as Bristol, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh. They are also interested in lawyers looking to relocate internationally from common law jurisdictions including Australia and New Zealand.
