This international law firm that is based in Cheltenham is looking to hire a restructuring and insolvency solicitor into their impressive team due to continued client wins.
In the team they cover transactions, advisory and litigated matters and so no two days are ever the same. There is also no geographical boundary of work and so although you would have some Cheltenham clients you would also be advising clients nationally, in locations around the UK as well as some international matters.
The ideal individual for this role would be 3-5 PQE however the team are interested in meeting individuals with less or more experience. The team are interested in an individual that has impressive technical knowledge within restructuring/ insolvency and someone who has covered transactions, advisory and litigated matters in the past as this role would involve all three. The successful applicant will have strong academics as well as an entrepreneurial spirit as this team are heavily involved in business development activities and enjoy high levels of client facing time.
