They are located along the M4 corridor and so ideal for anyone who may need to commute.

The residential property team have strong links with local clients, often being high net worth individuals and so the quality of work within the team is fantastic.

The ideal individual will have excellent knowledge and experience in leasehold/freehold purchases, sales, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity. It is also desirable for any applicant to have experience of lease enfranchisement, shared ownership, right to buy, easements and knowledge of the Building safety Act however this is not a requirement.
