Are you an experienced Corporate Finance lawyer looking for a change? Perhaps you are already a PSL or have some PSL responsibilities alongside your fee earning role.

This award-winning firm are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with at least 6 years' experience with impressive technical knowledge. If you would like a PSL role but don't want to entirely move away from fee earning there is the option to run a reduced case load alongside your PSL responsibilities.

Your daily responsibilities would include creating and updating precedents, documents, disseminating information and updates, training members of the team, running training sessions and being a key client contact for tenders. You will be required to develop internal IT systems for the team.

This role can be conducted part time or full time with hybrid working.
