This award winning law firm in Bournemouth is looking for an Estate Planning and Tax Solicitor to join their team. This firm is widely known for the quality of their advice and have been specifically recognised by the Legal 500 as top tier in 2023 as well as a number of the team being named as leading individuals and recommended lawyers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Planning and Tax associate/ senior associate to join their team that sits within the private client wider group.

Within this role you would be responsible for advising individuals on estate planning and structuring.

The ideal Solicitor will have pre-existing experience within this area, specifically with advising on trusts, corporate structures, heritage assets, business and agricultural assets. It is a requirement to be STEP qualified or working towards this qualification and have knowledge on main taxes including IHT, CGT and income tax.

Within this newly formed team, there are opportunities to progress your career and develop the team around you. A following would be desirable but not essential.
