Senior Family Solicitor, Dorset

This well-established firm in Dorset is looking to grow the family team. The team is comprised of three family solicitors that specialise in their respective areas.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced matrimonial family solicitor. Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of matrimonial cases. Examples include divorce, finance, pre-nuptial matters, separation agreements, cohabitation, and property disputes (TOLATA).

Due to the nature of the matters, the team are looking for an experienced solicitor with ideally 3+ PQE and strong advocacy skills who would be in a position to hit the ground running.

This position can be carried out on a hybrid basis, visiting once a month in the office as a minimum with availability for client meetings as required.
