Location: Cheltenham

This well established firm offers high quality legal advice whilst maintaining a family feel culture. The firm specialises in a number of areas but are currently looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 4 years experience within Residential Conveyancing to join the property team.

Within this role you would manage a case load of matters with a pre existing client base. Dealing with all aspects of residential property work, including transfers of equity, re-mortgaging, residential development and sales and purchases.

As a solicitor/ Cilex qualified lawyer, you will have the experience to manage your own case load with minimal supervision, in depth knowledge of conveyancing, attention to detail and be a team player.

As well as an established client base, the firm offer a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, company pension scheme and incoming protection. Working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday and there is flexibility to offer hybrid working following a successful probation period.
