Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from our client, one of the South West's leading law firms with an outstanding international reputation. The firm has a new relatively junior requirement within their thriving and nationally leading Real Estate team in Exeter.

Due to ongoing growth, they're looking to bring in an 0-2 PQE Commercial Property/Real Estate Lawyer to bolster their team and deal with the high level of instructions they're receiving. The team operates on a national scale, advising on wide range of real estate transactions including (amongst others) investment, finance, development, regeneration, build-to-rent, co-living, student accommodation, social care and social housing.

Successful candidates can expect to join a nationally-leading team, and work alongside some of the south west's top real estate lawyers.
