Professional Indemnity Solicitor

Bristol

To: £50,000

Are you an NQ solicitor with a contentious background? If so, our client would like to hear from you.

CLIENT: Our client has been established in London for over 150 years and now have a couple of regional offices including an office in Bristol. They are centrally based and are easy to get to by bus or train. The offices are open plan and this is a reflection of how the team in Bristol works.

WORK: You will be acting via insurers with the majority of work involving the defence of claims against solicitors and accountants. There will also be opportunities to work for other professions such as barristers, financial advisers and pensions professionals. You will be assisting more senior fee earners with larger more complex claims but will also be given your own small caseload to run with supervision.

Although the firm do not believe in micro-management they do have a policy of supervising their more junior staff and a structured training programme. You will be actively involved in client initiatives and as the firm have a non-hierarchal approach to marketing everyone in the office (including secretaries) is usually invited to events.

Salary and benefits are competitive. This could be a great role at the start of your career.
