Private Client Solicitor - Swansea - 1-3 Years PQE
Location: Swansea

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and probate
  • Tax planning and estate administration
  • Lasting powers of attorney and registration of enduring powers of attorney
  • Applications to the Court of Protection
  • Advising attorneys and Court of Protection appointed Deputies
  • Creation and administration of Trusts
  • Residential conveyancing matters
  • Assisting Senior Associates and Partners while developing your own caseload
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 1-3 years PQE (more experienced candidates will also be considered)
  • Experience in wills and probate (preferable)
  • Broad procedural knowledge across private client matters
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A sincere and caring disposition
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
