Our client is a modern and forward-thinking commercial firm recognised in the Legal 500 and they are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses and independent schools to AIM-listed companies and global organisations. You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including contracts, severance, redundancy, tribunal disputes, and strategic HR support. You'll also collaborate with our corporate team on transactions and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of our employment practice.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor (5+ years PQE or equivalent) with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. You should be confident working autonomously while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative team environment.
