An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a well-established Wills and Inheritance team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-6 years' post-qualification experience who are looking to take the next step in their legal career.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Elderly client matters
Beyond handling individual cases, the role also involves supporting other team members, contributing to business development efforts, and engaging in networking activities to strengthen the firm's presence in the legal sector.
The Candidate
We are seeking a solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience who possesses:
- Strong technical expertise
- Proven business development skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client management skills
