In line with its own strategic growth plan our client wishes to appoint a partner to lead the existing team and further develop its IP Disputes practice.
You As a dedicated IP litigator you will have worked hard to develop your expertise, reputation and client relationships with leading businesses. You will have experience of complex copyright, trademark and design litigation and ideally some patent infringement. You now need the right home to flourish in.
